The place was perfect and special and the staff were attentive, the location was magnificent close to everything of interest in Berat. I had a well-designed and extremely spacious room with a balcony and a great view, for instance. I loved the nice decor it had. Location: the hotel was just off Gorica and Osumi river, and all the main sights. Tried some nice meals at Mangalemi Restaurant, located just close to the property.

The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon trip special. They surprised us with a room filled with candles, rose petals, and balloons. The hospitality was truly exceptional.
The deluxe room with the balcony wasn't quiet, as it was situated next to the restaurant. We could hear everyone else's conversations, which was a bit disruptive.
